PORTFOLIO
The purpose of coordination is to save time and money by building in digital space before building in the real world. There should not be any major surprises in modern building. A CONSTRUCTABLE model, not a CLASH FREE model is the result. Utilities need to do more than miss each other. The trades need to be able to actually install an element in the location determined by coordination. Facilities personal need to have suitable access. It is essential that the voice of Owners, Facilities Managers, Superintendants, trade professionals and MEP Coordinators are taken into consideration.
